Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it for a refund or exchange in line with the terms below. This policy applies to purchases made via Glock Store Uk.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts)

If you are a UK/EEA consumer buying online, you typically have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

  • The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, email us at info@glockstore.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Important: You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Returns Window

We accept returns within:

  • 14 days of delivery for most items (subject to conditions below).

If you are outside this window, contact info@glockstore.uk, we may still be able to help depending on the circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition you received them

  • in original packaging (where possible)

  • complete with any included accessories, manuals, tags, or free gifts

We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items (Examples)

Returns may not be accepted for certain items, such as:

  • personalised or made-to-order goods

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed (e.g., hygiene/health-related items)

  • digital downloads once accessed

  • gift cards

If a product is excluded from returns, it will be stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@glockstore.uk with:

    • your order number

    • the item(s) you want to return

    • the reason for return (optional, but helpful)

  2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return address / label.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind / unwanted item: you pay the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (or provide a label) once the issue is confirmed.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • refunds are processed within 5 working days of approval (banks/payment providers may take longer to show funds)

Original shipping fees:

  • If you cancel under your statutory right, we refund standard outbound shipping (if paid).

  • If you chose an upgraded shipping option, we refund the standard rate only (where applicable).

  • If the return is due to our error (faulty/damaged/incorrect), we refund shipping as required.

Exchanges

If you want an exchange:

  • contact info@glockstore.uk with the item and the replacement you want (if applicable)

  • exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • you may be asked to place a new order while the return is processed (depending on how your system works)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • include your order number and clear photos/videos where possible

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

International Returns

International customers can return items under the same general conditions, but:

  • you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty/incorrect

  • customs duties/taxes paid on import are generally non-refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority

  • mark returns as “Returned Goods” on customs forms where appropriate to reduce delays (rules vary by country)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. check your bank/payment account again

  2. contact your payment provider (processing times vary)

  3. email us at info@glockstore.uk and we will investigate
