Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery Options & Times (Estimated)
Estimated delivery times begin once your order is dispatched:
Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 working days
Express Delivery: 1 – 2 working days
Next Working Day (where available): order by 3:00 pm
International Delivery Options & Times (Estimated)
International delivery times vary by destination and service selected:

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Customs may request additional information before release. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Delivery Attempts & Collection
If you miss delivery, the courier may:
attempt redelivery
leave your parcel with a neighbour (where permitted)
deliver to a local pickup point
Please follow the courier instructions shown in tracking updates.
Undeliverable / Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to:
incorrect/incomplete address
failure to collect from a pickup point
refusal to pay customs charges (international)
we can resend the parcel (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the order excluding initial shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
contact us within 48 hours of delivery
include your order number and photos (if applicable)
We will investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement, resend, or refund where appropriate.
