Shipping & Delivery (UK & International)

Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

  • International destinations (selected countries)

If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at info@glockstore.uk and we will confirm availability.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery Options & Times (Estimated)

Estimated delivery times begin once your order is dispatched:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1 – 2 working days

  • Next Working Day (where available): order by 3:00 pm

International Delivery Options & Times (Estimated)

International delivery times vary by destination and service selected:

  • International Standard: 4 – 7 working days

  • International Express: 2–5 working days

Times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, and peak seasons.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive an email once dispatched with:

  • tracking number

  • courier name

  • tracking link

Some low-cost services may provide limited tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges:

  • are set by local authorities

  • are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise

  • are the customer’s responsibility

Customs may request additional information before release. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Delivery Attempts & Collection

If you miss delivery, the courier may:

  • attempt redelivery

  • leave your parcel with a neighbour (where permitted)

  • deliver to a local pickup point

Please follow the courier instructions shown in tracking updates.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address

  • failure to collect from a pickup point

  • refusal to pay customs charges (international)

we can resend the parcel (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the order excluding initial shipping fees.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

If you spot an error, contact info@glockstore.uk immediately with your order number.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement, resend, or refund where appropriate.
